Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with Nasfa Trans LLC ("Nasfa Trans", "we", "us"), you ("the Client") agree to the terms below. These terms govern every reservation, ride, and interaction between the Client and Nasfa Trans.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client receives a written confirmation (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) from Nasfa Trans. A quote does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings made through our website are confirmed instantly upon submission, subject to vehicle availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Sedans & SUVs: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 100%.

Sprinters & Limousines: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 100%.

Weddings & Events: 50% deposit required at booking, non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Full payment due 7 days prior.

4. Pricing & Payment

All fares are quoted in USD. Pricing is locked at the time of booking and includes the base fare, fuel surcharge (5%), service charge ($8), and a standard 20% chauffeur gratuity. Tolls, parking, airport pickup fees, and additional stops are passed through at cost. Payment is collected after the ride unless prepayment is specified.

5. Wait Time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Wait time beyond the grace period is charged at $1 per minute.

6. Client Conduct

Smoking is prohibited in all Nasfa Trans vehicles. Damage to the vehicle (including but not limited to staining, vomiting, or breakage) will be charged at the cost of professional cleaning or repair, with a minimum of $250. Illegal activity in the vehicle voids the booking and may be reported to authorities.

7. Liability

Nasfa Trans LLC is fully insured for commercial passenger transport ($5M liability coverage). Our liability is limited to direct losses arising from our negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues beyond our control, or acts of God. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, though we make every effort to recover them.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your booking: name, contact info, pickup/drop-off addresses, payment information, and trip preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share information only with:

  • Your assigned chauffeur (for trip fulfillment)
  • Payment processors (for billing)
  • Law enforcement (if legally required)

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@nasfatrans.com.

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality (booking, login, preferences) and optional analytics cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

10. Confidentiality (Corporate Clients)

For corporate and executive bookings, we treat all conversations, destinations, and passenger details as confidential. Our chauffeurs sign NDAs on request. We do not discuss client details with anyone outside our dispatch team.

11. Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed via direct negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration in Washington, DC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
